This Thursday, February 9, you will not have a regular class lecture but instead  will have a Mandatory Combined Zoom Lecture from 11:00 to 12:25.  This Combined lecture is intended to help you write your second paper ("Proposal for Political Reform").  The readings are uploaded in Moodle (in your first class webpage) and the paper assignment will be uploading onto Moodle (Resources, Grades, and Paper Assignments) shortly.  The Zoom information is listed below:
